Korea Trip - Day 3

Today is amazing. We woke up early to go for breakfast at 7+ and then move out in a bus towards mount Osan-Ri. Where many people go to pray.
Our breakfast is so heavy. Rice and beef soup.

As we continue our trip, we slept in the bus. When we wake up we are at a pit stop to have our lunch. I ate pork cutlet. It's really nice.

After eating, everyone starts to sleep again. I kind of think it's a waste to sleep on a good trip. But since everyone is quiet, i fell asleep after few hours. Before i fall asleep i get to take a picture of jasperin. She looks so cute when she sleeps. Hahaha

The next thing i know, i opened my eyes right before reaching the entrance of Osan-Ri prayer mountain. This place is under Yoido Full Gospel Church. It's such a privilledge to be here and even have good place to rest in. We are seperated into rooms, two person in one room. So me and sam get to stay together.
We took pictures of the room and toilet.

Oh one more crazy thing happened. We even get to sing 3 songs on the stage of the main prayer hall infront of everyone during a worship session.
We sang 1 malay song, 1 chinese song and 1 korean song.
Something really touched my heart as I was singing the korean song. I thought "If these people who are so fervent in prayer could keep my country, Malaysia in prayer, then we might be able to get more people to have this passion to pray like the Koreans."
I believe with such people, we would be able to have a greater change in our country. Not just praying to have a change in the government but to pray for a real better Malaysia.

After all these we get to enter these small personal prayer rooms. So i decided to pray in it. Worshipping and praying. It was fun. I prayed from 9 to 10.30pm. Didnt know it was that long.

Well today going on stage, i dont know why but im not as scared as before. Who knows maybe I would one day get rid of this stage fright thing. :)

Thats all for today. Its lights off after 12.

Korea Trip - Day 2

Today it's a Sunday so we had a friggin busy day. Woke up at 6.30am and breakfast at 7am. We have our first mission of the day by sitting in with the children church. I didn't take picture.

Then had service. It was slowww and i mean SLOW. Thats the longest 1 hour i have had in my life. I couldn't understand a single korean word they say. Haha.

Then we had a good time in the evening with the youngsters. I love spending time with all of them. I get to see the girls shout like in the movies. Shy when they talk and when they get excited they shout like mad. It was fun!

We had a movie session after dinner with the youngsters and then bid farewell to each other.

We had a short meeting before supper about the next day. Tomorow will be a full day of waking up in the morning and going on a long bus journey. We are heading to osari prayer mountain. :)

Before sleeping, we even walk out to the city just me and the ong brothers. Ps Choi is sick so we want him to rest and Peng is tired, so they both didnt join us for a walk. The night walk is fun. I took a few pictures of drinks sold in korea. I am really impressed by the amount of effort they put in marketing. Everything looks really good. :)

Got to sleep now.

Korea Trip - Day 1

So we went into a 4 hours bus ride to go over to daegu and kyung san. It was a tiring bus ride. But i enjoyed the scenery, I find korea a great country. With its road side filled with beautiful trees and agriculture, it's amazing how they merge the buildings and the plantations so well together.

During lunch time, we stop by a station to have udon noodles. Its a good meal. Lots of vending machine. That's also where the picture vivian and me is having udon.
Btw, the toilet is epic tho. Hahahaha.

After that long ride, with lots of singing, worship and prayer in the bus, we arrived to the church. We had a tour around the church and meeting the leaders.

Then we head for our dinner. We had Korean BBQ, it was extremely filling and delicious!!

We head back to church to have a session with the young adults. Met some cute girls and some handsome looking young man. And we went out to the street to do street evangelism.

We had a crazy long day. Mine was from friday until 1am saturday and that flight ended at 8am in Korea and the bus ride until 9.30pm. I am tired to the max!
However, we were dispatch to prepare for our rest room, which is some multi purpose hall. And I can't wait to get my bath. Then come Pastor Choi, making us laugh and all hyped up. He said to go out for a walk and supper. So we ate that two big plates of chicken. All 6 of us. I am stuffed!
Feeling very happy mentally, physically, and spiritually, we head home at 11.30pm. Took our bath in a epic toilet. It's a big toilet with four showers. So we boys bath together in our under garments.
Great experience, didn't know Ps Choi is so fun to be with.

Lastly, the things in korea is sho cute! Even their disposable cups are cute. The envelope looking paper is their paper cup. :)

It was a great day. Thank God.

Korea trip - on the airplane to korea

Well, my flight is at 1am and estimated to arrive at 8.20am in Seoul. So basically I slept as soon as I can, around 1.30am.
Being the over excited me, I woke up at 4.30am, just to go to the toilet.
As I walk back to my toilet I saw the sun rise so i quickly took out my camera to snap a few pictures.
It was fun to take picture of the clouds when I am above it.

Oh yeah, i also posted some of the pictures I took in the duty free shop. And there is this one superb cute Air Stewardess. Speaks good english and korean. Heheh.

That's all for now
