Black Pig Pork Burger @ BurgerBar.co lintas (Partyplay)

Well, on 31st of October 2013, Avery good day and  I have no idea why people celebrate Halloween Day. So we decided to go out for a meal just to try out this "Black pig" Pork Burger in BurgerBar Lintas.

The bunch of "Hantu"s That went for this burger night!

The Normal Deal. We took the RM15 deal through Groupon.
The Free flow drinks we get are only for the soft drinks. Which Root Beer is actually a good deal. Because they serve Frost Root beer.

The burger in close up. :)

Overall, My comment will be, Quite a good burger, Can't taste much of the specialty (tasted some oregano herbs in the burger), Burger patty not dry, Nice fries. However, The price for a set during non- promotional times are around RM28.90++. I am not going for such a price. But maybe you should at least try it for yourself. It is a Good experience.

For me, I appreciate more when burgers are eaten in a more "non cafe" manner. So i would prefer Wild Hog Burger in Penampang.

Hasta Luego! Cheers ~

Making Honeydew Milk Sago

Well today after Lunch, decided to take time to learn a new dessert. Honeydew milk Sago.
It was easy, cooked up some sago and then cut out some honeydew.
Make a delicious milk and Chill them in the fridge. When everything is chilled. mix them together to your liking and Ta~Da~ There you have it, Honeydew Milk Sago Dessert.

The ingredients are not very in measurements, so i will give a simple list of what to use.
I will put this in 3 parts: the honeydew, the milk, and the sago.

1. The Honeydew
All you have to do is Cut it in cubes and put it into the fridge to cool it. The trick is choosing a Good honeydew. I don't know much but  i smell each of them in the shop to find the most fragrant ones. :)

2. The Milk
The ingredients are Pokka Melon Flavored Milk(70%), Full cream Saturated Milk(15%), Coconut Milk(15%), Salt (1 teaspoon), and Sugar(depending on your own preference of sweetness).
Heat up a pot, put honeydew milk in, mix in coconut milk and saturated milk. Boil it and put sugar and salt. When it becomes a little bit thick or boiled. Take it out and leave it to cool. after that put it into the fridge to Chill.

3. The Sago
Boil  water in a pot, When it is boiling, pour in the sago. (Make sure the water is a lot more so that the sago have enough water). use a pair of chopsticks to mix the sago as  you boil the sago. Do this for 10 minutes. turn off the fire, and cover the pot. Let the sago get done  in the pot for about 12 minutes.
To take the sago out, mix in water into the pot to dilute the starchiness of the sago. Pour it through a sieve. Discard all the water and keep sago in a bowl. Put sago into the fridge to cool.

Easy as 1, 2, 3! Hahaha. now you can make your own Sago milk. Well, if you cannot find Pokka Honeydew milk, you can try using normal Full Cream milk and add some honeydew flavoring  Some others might like it that the milk is non flavored. so you could just use milk itself. :)
You can try with all the other fruits. or mix all the fruits into the milk. That would also be nice!

Hasta Luego! Cheers ~
