Biggest Loser Competition

Suddenly Daniel Chiam wanted to strat this Biggest Loser Game. So we decided to ask a few of the brotherhood. that is why we decided to have Allen God, Hsieh Liang, Daniel Chiam and ME!

So the rules of the game. What we do is in 6 month, we will lose as much weight as we can. We will count it as percentage and compete. Example, if I start with 100kg, and after 6 month, my weight is 80kg. We take 20kg/100kg * 100 = 20% . 

So we will be comparing the percentage. 

Ok This  would be the picture of  my "before", after 6 month, let's see what happens.

Gigglers Offday - pasar malam

Ok and after so long not going for wall climbing, today we decide we would go early.
Daniel, Yee Seng and I move out at 10.30am.

From 11.30 till 5pm wall climbing. reach home and bath then Doris, Yee Seng, Marcus Lim ( my new housemate) and  I went to sri petaling for pasar malam.

when you eat it, it taste cruncy and tasty.
After you eat, your mouth smells like shit.
I dont think i will take it again.

Allen, Daniel and Yee Seng Decided that we should go yam cha at late night.
So after reaching home from pasar malam at 10.30pm.
We left house at 11pm for this ss2 murni mamak.

They have live band singing by the roadside.

After that we went home at 1am. What a full pack day. Tired indeed.

So we  ended up donating in 20 minutes. including the process and filling forms. It was Quick and EASY!
