Third Day in Jakarta

This is the couple that is gettig married. William in the second left And then mariana on the second right. And mariana's mom in the middle. The other two on the most left and right is the TV Host for Trans Tv indonesia.

So today i was awaken by mariana with a news. That i am suppose to join them in doig a wedding dinner preparation reality show shooting. And i am one of the side cast! What?Im suppose to go into national tv. What an honour and a good experience. 

So i will allow the picures to speak for itself.

Afer the shootig, i went over to a high class mall. Central Park, for a movie with ervina and roy. We watched interstellar. Slow brainy but anew concept movie. I like it.

Head over somewhere for dinner. Drank this es jeruk nipis (ice keylime drink)

After eating we head toward our 5 star Hotel. Double tree by Hilton Hotel. This is the Lobby.

My room number. It was a good night and a tiring day. Wasnt what i expected to do when im on a vacation in another country. But hey, its not everyday that i get to visit another country for vacation and i get to be in a video shoot for a national tv show. Gonna post the video in here when i get it. Awesome!

Second Day in Jakarta

Early morning today, woke up and go out with the bride and groom. So thankful to mariana and william. Being so busy and still take the time to bring me out. So today i went out to do some hores with them.

Dont understand the sign. So i only know how to go toilet and the place to wait.

As we wait, we went to empire mall which i didnt take pictre. We went there to have lunFDch.

Having free shuttle bus is really a blessing too.

Then we brush through a jam to go to another area to visit this mall called FX. It is said theres an area where it's floor is made by glass so we can look down a few floors. now i have no idea why the me whonis affraid of heights would want to visit this mall.

Now when i reach Fx, the first thig that impressed me is the shiny car park floor. Then this big slide.

Now as i reach the fifth floor. There really is an area made of glass. I tried my best but i couldnt brig myself to walk on it. I really feot like crying. I kept forcing until i could. My legs got all wobbly, then at one point i felt like i would vomit. After all, i find my feet all sweaty. Really scary. the pictures doesnt look scary. I could live by lookig at my camera but not directly down. So ill let the picure say for itself for now.

Now this is cool. I bought all these and it cost me 49,000 rupiah. Which is around rm15. In malaysia this would surely cost more than rm15. Easily.

Took a nap and a bath then at night i get to go out with two friends. Indri (Most right) and selli (middle). 

We went to a carnival in PIK, Pluit. Now it says fun fair. But all i see is food fair. Theres so many cool food from ramen burger to cool dessert such as custard ice cream. Check out the food i had in the photogrid picture. And the other food i didnt eat. 

After the food fair. I am not full so we went to have lele. 

And after lele we went to have a drink and chit chat. it certainlynis a good day. :)

First day in Jakarta

So today i am suppose to be flying to jakarta indonesia for a 7 day trip. 

This 3 girls came to look for me for lunch before i fly. And joshua came to fetch me to send me to airport.

Now my flight is 6.40pm. And i arrive at 9.30 in jakarta. However the time zone in jakarta is 1 hour slower. So i arrive jakarta at 8,30jakarta time.

By the time i get thru the hassle. Immigresian and he queue, its way pass 9pm. Now i am gonna start using indonesian time here.

We went to eat bakso medan. Famous beef noodles. Its really tasty but the price is a bit pricy even for indonesian. Its 40,000rupiah which is RM10.

Good food, good place, good friends, good night.

Hi! Because Andrew is sooo "busy", so we decided to help him write this post. We enjoyed our last breakfast of October in The Little Kitchen. This shop is very small and they don't have any sign board out side hanging. The first step we step in, we only see 3 small table, and the shop is smaller than a stall. However, We enjoyed the atmosphere as it has a cozy and warm environment. If you're finding a place to chill or wanna enjoy time with your friends, this is a good place you can go. Hope that one day it will become The Big Kitchen so that we can bring more friends at one time.

How to make Garlic Spread

Ingredients:

1 Block of butter
4 clove of Garlic
Cinemon powder
Mix herbs
Oregano
Garlic powder

Step 1:
Peel the skin of the garlic clove. Boil in water until soft. (Making garlic paste)

Step 2:
Melt butter by chopping into pieces and placed i to a bowl. Then place that bowl into another bowl that is filled with hot water. Mix until melt.

Step 3:
Mash the boiled garlic into paste. Then mix into melted butter.

Step 4:
Mix in herbs and seasoning according to your own preference.

Step 5:
Chill in refrigerator.

Step 6:
Ready to be spread on bread.
